To proceed with your application, please nominate your daughter's year of birth in the space provided below and the appropriate enrolment form will be emailed to you. Please return your completed form to the School together with a photocopy of your daughter's birth certificate, the nominated application fee and, for applications into years 9, 10 or 11, a recent school report.
