Year 8 Parents are invited to attend Seven Secrets to a Healthy Mind—a parent seminar hosted by clinical psychologist, Dr Tom Nehmy. This seminar will introduce parents to the Healthy Minds Program, an important component of the Year 8 Ethics Curriculum.
Dr Nehmy, who specialises in preventative psychology, created the Healthy Minds Program to provide students with skills promoting emotional wellness and resilience. During this seminar, he will demonstrate how the program:
For parents who cannot attend, the event will be livestreamed, with a link emailed to parents the day prior to the Information Evening. A recording of the evening will also be shared in the days following the Information Evening.

Grammar Women: Leaders and Game Changers brings together Jessica Rudd (2000) and Libby Amelia (2001), two Grammar Women who have followed non-traditional professional pathways and established successful careers in fiercely competitive and emerging markets.
