As we continue to face a time of unprecedented global change and the challenging demands that this has created within our day-to-day lives, never has the time to take care of ourselves been more relevant or more crucial to our wellbeing. Self-care is a fundamental human need and it should be a given in our lives. And yet, as parents, your needs can often fall to the bottom of a long list of other tasks, deadlines and duties. Please join us to consider how you might like to approach Looking After You, and ensuring that your practice of self-care receives just as much nourishment as your daughters’.

Registered participants will receive a link to the Zoom Webinar the day prior to the event (Tuesday 19 May). Parents will be able to participate in live Q&A via the platform.
