Parent Information Evening—Sleep for Teenage Health

BGGS families are invited to a parent information evening, Sleep for Better Health, Resilience and Performance, at Brisbane Grammar School on Thursday 6 May. The evening will be hosted by Ms Lisa Maltman from The Sleep Connection, and is suitable for parents and students. Students will receive a sleep diary to complete prior to the information evening.

The program aims to:

  • create and awareness of the current level of sleep deprivation among students
  • empower students with the knowledge, practical strategies and tools to make informed decisions regarding their sleep health
  • provide information to students about additional professional help, if required.
