Ms Elaine Serisier

Ms Elaine Serisier commenced as Assistant Deputy Principal (Academic) at Brisbane Girls Grammar School in 2025, bringing extensive experience in teaching and educational leadership across a wide range of academic and pastoral roles.

Across her career, Ms Serisier has served Brisbane Girls Grammar School on three separate occasions. In her current role, she leads the Academic Directors and oversees the School’s academic programs. Her responsibilities include whole-school timetabling, assessment scheduling, and the strategic use of student data analytics to enhance teaching and learning. She also contributes to the School’s strategic planning, leadership, and overall management. An educator at heart, she has taught both Mathematics and Visual Art.

Guided by a deep commitment to girls’ education, Ms Serisier strives to create an environment in which students can flourish academically and personally, preparing them to confidently navigate and contribute to a changing world.
