The School will continue to offer the Evening Study Program for Years 10, 11 and 12 students in Term 2, commencing Tuesday 26 April.
The Program allows students to complete homework and assessment preparation within a supervised environment at the School. It is held in the Elizabeth Jameson Research Learning Centre from 5 pm to 8 pm on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening, with dinner from 6 pm to 6.30 pm. Students are supervised by an experienced Girls Grammar staff member, Ms Kara Coughlan (Coordinator), who is assisted by study supervisors.
Parents who wish their daughter to attend the Program in Term 2 are asked to complete the Online Form by Thursday 31 March. If your daughter participated in the Program during Term 1 and wishes to continue to do so in Term 2, you will need to complete a new confirmation form.
Students can be enrolled for either one or all evenings; however, bookings must be made for the entire term—girls cannot change their scheduled evening of attendance during the term.
Attendance at the Evening Study Program will incur a cost of $50 per evening, which will be added automatically to the student’s School Fees Account. The Program will not operate on public holidays or student-free days and parents will not be charged for these days.
Refunds are not available should a student not attend her scheduled session.
Further information about the Evening Study Program is available on Parent Portal.
