2022 Textbook and Uniform Orders

We are pleased to advise that 2022 textbook lists are now available.

This year, an external provider will manage BGGS textbook orders and deliveries, and parents can purchase textbooks and stationery via Campion Education.

As this is a new process, a step-by-step guide on how to order books online can be viewed via this link. Upon accessing this site, you will be prompted to either sign in or create an account and then select your daughter’s Year Level, and view the books and stationery required for her studies in 2022.

Please note: we encourage all parents to place their textbook orders before Wednesday 15 December, to avoid incurring a late fee.

Clothing Orders

Clothing orders can continue to be placed via the P&F Uniform Shop. A flat rate of $10/delivery is now available for parents who wish to have their orders shipped. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.

Volunteer at the P&F Uniform Shop

The P&F Uniform Shop supplies uniforms, stationery and textbooks for BGGS students. Paid staff manage the shop and volunteer helpers within the BGGS community assist for part of each day. Volunteer tasks include assisting the girls at the sales counter, preparing stock for sale, and other tasks as directed by the shop staff. Volunteers are not required to operate the tills. Attendance is from 7.30 am to 11.30 am, or any part of that time which suits. Generally, two volunteers are rostered each day.

Parent volunteers provide essential assistance to the P&F Uniform Shop in providing a high level of service to the School community. Additionally, volunteers enjoy the great benefit of meeting other parents, providing a great connection to the BGGS community and enhancing their Girls Grammar journey. The P&F Uniform Shop Volunteer Roster operates on a four-week rotation throughout the year. Morning tea and reimbursement for any parking costs incurred are provided.

If you would be interested in volunteering, please contact pandfvolunteers@bggs.qld.edu.au.

Please nominate your preferred day to volunteer and if you would like to be rostered with a friend, let us know who they are.

The staff and current volunteers look forward to meeting you in 2022.
