The annual Year 7 Jump Rope for Heart was held on Wednesday 16 June.
This year marks 25 years of Girls Grammar being involved in the jump off, and the seventh year of competition for Year 7 students.
The girls were a vibrant sea of House colours energetically skipping to help raise funds for life-saving heart research, through the Heart Foundation. The money raised will make a real difference in people’s lives.
By now, all Year 7 students should have registered via the Jump Rope for Heart website—then select Brisbane Girls Grammar School from the drop-down menu.
The fundraising link will stay open until Friday 16 July.
The Year 7 girls have been learning about the importance of being active in Health and Physical Education classes via skipping. This has proven to be a great way to stay heart healthy.
Thank you for continuing to support Heart Foundation’s mission to help Australians to lead heart-healthy lives.
