On Wednesday, we held the annual Year 7 Jump Rope for Heart (JRFH).
This year marks the 26th year of BGGS being involved in JRFH, and the seventh year for Year 7 involvement.
The girls were a vibrant sea of House colours, energetically skipping to help raise funds for lifesaving heart research. The Year 7 girls are raising funds for the Heart Foundation—the money raised will make a real difference in people’s lives. By now, all Year 7 students should have registered via this link, and selected BGGS from a drop-down menu. The fundraising link will stay open until Friday 12 July.
Girls have been learning about the importance of being active in Health and Physical Education classes via skipping. This has proven to be a great way to stay heart healthy.
Thank you for continuing to support Heart Foundation’s mission to help Australians to lead heart-healthy lives.
