We know that many BGGS mothers are looking forward to attending the upcoming Autumn Luncheon, which will be held from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm on Friday 24 March at the Greek Club.
Once again in 2023, this year’s luncheon gives mothers a chance to meet one another early in the year, and to establish and renew those friendships that often last well beyond their daughter’s schooling years.
Raffle draws will support the BGGS Bursary Program and Second Chance Program, a charity that cares for women and children experiencing homelessness.
Please find below some important information about ticketing and table allocations.
Ticket launch
Tickets will go on sale at 6 pm this evening, and you will receive the link to book via an email invitation. The evening release of tickets allows those parents at work during the day to purchase tickets in a timely manner. The Minerva Calendar will also be updated at 6 pm with the registration link.
Ticket types
Through the registration site, you will have the option to book an individual ticket/s or a full table. Tickets are $150 per person and include a two-course meal and three-hour beverage package.
If booking an individual ticket/s
You will be prompted to include your daughter’s House Group and Year Level as well as nominate a Table Captain (if known). The Mothers Group Committee will ensure you are seated with other mothers from your House Group if you do not elect a Table Captain. There is also a comments field if you wish to indicate other groups you may like to be seated with (e.g. Water Polo families). Please note: we can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests per table, so please ensure you liaise with Table Captains around numbers.
If booking a full table
Alternatively, a Table Captain may wish to book and pay for the whole table at the time of registration. In this instance, you will not be required to provide all attendee details at the time of booking. Instead, you will receive a confirmation email upon purchase with an access link to finalise your attendee details at a later date.
