The ballot for the appointment of three candidates to the Electors’ positions on the Board of Trustees of Brisbane Girls Grammar School closed at noon on Friday 12 August 2022. The poll has resulted in the following nominees receiving the highest number of votes (in alphabetical order):

Sophie MOORE
The poll was overseen by Ms Rachel Fraser (Secretary to the Board of Trustees) as Returning Officer and conducted by external online voting provider Elections Australia Pty Ltd.
The results of the poll will be forwarded to the Minister for Education, Minister for Industrial Relations, and Minister for Racing. The Minister will also appoint a further four Trustees as ministerial appointments, with an option of two additional ministerial appointments. The notice confirming the above appointments and the ministerial appointments to the Board will be published in the Government Gazette prior to the expiration of the terms of office of the current Board of Trustees on 30 January 2023.
