COVID Update

Queensland Health eased COVID close contact restrictions from 6 pm last night (28 April) to remove the quarantine requirements for close contacts in some circumstances.

Mask-wearing restrictions at the School have contributed to a reduction in COVID-19 cases among staff and students, and given current circumstances, the School will maintain these requirements as a precautionary measure while we monitor COVID-19 case numbers following the change in restrictions and the Labour Day long weekend.

We will provide an update when a decision is made to change current mask-wearing requirements.

We appreciate your continuing cooperation in ensuring your daughter has a supply of masks available to her and is wearing her mask whenever she can’t be seated indoors and where a 1.5 metre physical distance outdoors cannot be maintained. We also ask parents to familiarise themselves with the upcoming changes to quarantine requirements, which are detailed on the Queensland Health website.

Private tutors

Parents may choose to employ private tutors to assist their daughter with their learning. A reminder that private tutoring sessions are not permitted on the Spring Hill campus. Please arrange for your daughter to participate in her tutoring session at another venue. Thank you for your understanding.
