Welcome to all Girls Grammar Touch players, parents, coaches and supporters to the 2022 Touch Season.
Our coaches for this year are Mr Craig Morrow, Mr Luke Duncan, Miss Lydia Durkin, Miss Georgia Harris, Miss Milly Neville, Miss Issy Reed, Mr Edward Retimana, and Grammar Women, Matisse Black (2020), Persia Black (2021), Claire Saggers (2020), Caitlin Brittain (2021) and Quinn Porceddu (2021).
Congratulations to Grace Hynes (12L) and Isabelle Pham (12O) who have been elected as the 2022 Touch Captains. Grace and Isabelle have been involved in Touch for a number of years and I have no doubt will lead the girls to another successful season. Please do your best to support both Captains throughout this season.
We wish all Touch Teams the best for their QGSSSA Touch season. Please be advised that there will be no co-curriculum activities scheduled until the (planned) return of face-to-face teaching from Monday 7 February. The new Touch trial dates have been finalised and the information has been placed on Minerva and the BGGS App. Please see trial dates below.

2022 Welcome from Touch Captains
Dear Touch girls
Welcome to the 2022 Touch Season. We are more than thrilled with the opportunity to lead an amazing group of girls this season. We strongly encourage every girl who is interested in Touch to trial for this year’s squad, no matter your ability or experience.
Our aim is to make this season the best, create special bonds with our team members and continue to unite as a Touch community. We will all approach training with a positive outlook and diligence to ensure every one of us works hard and persists, reaching our potential—obviously done while having fun! Through all training sessions and games, we will get around each other and fuel each other’s enthusiasm and passion for the sport.
We are more than happy for you to ask us any questions, just come up to us or send us an email. We can’t wait to see you out on the field, making this season unforgettable. Train hard girls!
