Uralla Club Clothing Drive

Thank you to all the staff, students and families who donated so generously to our clothing drive at the end of Term 4, 2021. Eight very large boxes of clothes were dropped off to the Queensland Children’s Hospital Indigenous Health Team in the last week of term. Your ongoing support of this very important service is gratefully received, as evidenced in this message from Indigenous Hospital Liaison Officer at Queensland Children’s Hospital, Ida Savage:

‘Greg and I really appreciate the clothes that we have received for our families near and wide. Thank you so, so much for your donation and time for putting this all together. Our families are very lucky, and it will definitely put a big smile on their faces as it has for us to support them in feeling loved. Looking forward to working with you in the years to come.’

The Uralla Club is proud to support initiatives such as this and is always looking for new ways to engage with and connect to community.

Any students from Years 7 to 12 interested in finding out more about the Uralla Club are invited to visit our service page on Minerva, and join us for our first meeting, held virtually during lunchtime on Monday 7 February.
