Wellbeing Profiler Survey

Girls Grammar is conducting a Wellbeing Profiler survey of all students as part of the School’s commitment to providing a Student Care Program that nurtures the intellectual, emotional and social needs of students.

Administered by The University of Melbourne, the survey is accessed by secondary schools across Australia to support a strong understanding of adolescent wellbeing in the school environment.

Students were advised of the survey via email on Monday 27 May 2019 and parents are asked to complete the Parent Consent Form, indicating whether they wish their daughter to participate in the survey. Students are required to return the completed form to her House Group Teacher by the end of term.

Students will complete the survey during House Group lessons on the first day of Term 3—Tuesday 16 July 2019.

Further information about the survey is detailed in the Parent Statement. A copy of the Student Plain Language Statement, which will be shared with your daughter before she commences the survey, is also available for further information.

If you have any questions about the School’s participation in the survey, please do not hesitate to contact Dean of Students, Mrs Emma Lowry.
