The first of the Year 7 immunisations will take place on Tuesday 9 March. Students will receive two immunisations—Gardasil (or the Human Papilloma Virus) and a dTpa immunisation (Diptheria, Tetanus and Pertussis (whooping cough)). An information sheet and consent form from Ozcare was sent home with students earlier this term.
If you would like your daughter to be immunised at the School, and have not yet returned her form, please complete the consent form and return before 8.30 am next Tuesday.
