The first of the Year 7 immunisations will take place on Thursday 12 March. Students will receive two immunisations—Gardasil (or the Human Papilloma Virus) and a dTpa immunisation (Diptheria, Tetanus and Pertussis (or whooping cough)). An information sheet and consent form from Brisbane City Council was sent home with students this week.
If you would like your daughter to be immunised at the School, please review the information and complete the consent form. Completed forms should be returned to House Group teachers by Monday 3 February. If you have any queries or concerns, please contact myself or School Nurse, Mrs Debbie Vanlint, at the Health Centre.
