During the course of the year assessment has been disrupted significantly. In light of the students’ imminent return to the campus, all assessment schedules have been updated in accordance with the previous advices concerning gathering evidence of learning. Both parents and students can access these revised schedules through Minerva.
The schedules have been modified carefully to ensure that students are not bombarded with assessment. The assumption has been made that Year 11 and 12 students will re-enter campus-based learning at Week 4 of their various courses. Staff will revise key concepts to ensure girls make a smooth transition into this mode of curriculum delivery. All of this has been predicated around the possibility of future School closures resulting from the COVID-19 contagion.
Our School community is looking forward to the return of the girls to our campus. It will be good to have the natural rhythm of the School again bustling in our corner of Gregory Terrace.
