The Girls Grammar community is invited to attend the Year 12 Art Exhibition on Thursday 17 October. The exhibition will commence at 5 pm and open officially by Deputy Principal, Mrs Anne Ingram, at 6 pm in the Choir Room, Level 1, Cherrell Hirst Creative Learning Centre (CLC).
Ranging across four levels of the CLC, the exhibition features the outcome of two bodies of work from each of our Year 12 Visual Art students.
Responding to the themes, ‘What is it to be Human’ and ‘Life Fabric’, each student has developed deeply personal works showcasing a broad spectrum of media, techniques, ideas and perspectives. From traditional skills to digital multimedia, from painting to three dimensional construction and installation works, the exhibition has something for everyone.
