The 2019 Badminton season was a huge success. This year, the Senior competition was held on Saturday 26 October and the Junior competition was held on Saturday 2 November. This year, Girls Grammar won seven pennants across the Senior and Junior competitions. Congratulations to 8B, 8C, 9A, 9B, 10A, 10B and 10C on winning their division.
While Badminton is a lot of fun, it is also a pressure-driven, fast-paced sport. Grammar Girls involved in Badminton this year have gained a deeper understanding of the sport thanks to our experienced coaches.
It has been a pleasure to lead such an enthusiastic, supportive and talented group of girls. We have gained a lot from this experience and are extremely proud of every Badminton player. We thank our Badminton Coordinator, Miss Mann, for her organisation and ensuring that the season was a great experience for all.
We hope all girls continue to play Badminton and wish them luck in their future seasons.
