Girls Grammar basketball has had a successful season with eight teams finishing in the top three of their division, four of which secured premierships. Well done to 9A, 9B, 10B and Senior B for finishing first in their competitions.
Congratulations to Matilda Fennon (8W) who was awarded the Girls Grammar Basketball Encouragement Award for 2019. This season, Matilda demonstrated outstanding skills as well as strong spirit, determination, dedication and team work.
Thank you to this year’s coaching staff whose commitment, enthusiasm and expertise has been a tremendous asset this season. I also acknowledge Basketball Manager, Ms Jo Genders, for her continued support.
