Last weekend, four Grammar girls—Amy Middlemass (11M), Sabine Hatzipetrou (12M), Isabel Lumley (12M), and Finn Magill (12H)—competed as part of the Metropolitan North Water Polo team at the Queensland Schools Championships. The girls secured first place in the Grand Final match with a convincing 6-1 win over Metropolitan West after a marginal one-point loss in the rounds. Special mention to Sabine, who was also named in the Queensland Schools Merit team after the event.
