Training for the season began at the end of 2019 to prepare girls for the tough competition in Term 1 2020. Saturday games saw players hit home runs, catch balls, steal bases and pitch strikes. All teams received commendable results: the Open team finished sixth; the Senior Ai team finished a close second; and the Senior Aii finished sixth.
On behalf of all girls, we thank the score-keepers, Mrs Cooke and Ms Bernard, and our coaches for sharing their expertise and ongoing dedication to the sport. Special mention to our wonderful Softball Coordinator, Ms McCorley, who supported us each Saturday and was with us every step of the way this season.
