Staying Fit at Home

The School’s Sports Manager, Mr Liam Mulligan, has developed a series of At Home Workouts available for BGGS families on Minerva. With the cancellation and postponement of many sporting and physical activities in recent weeks, it’s important girls remain physically active while learning remotely.

The workouts cover a range of exercises from strength training to cardio and they are a fun way to stay fit while maintaining social distancing.

Regular physical activity helps manage stress and anxiety and having a strong exercise and daily routine can help us remain motivated. I also encourage girls to get moving outside where possible.
