Brisbane Girls Grammar School is delighted to announce alumna, editor and journalist Ms Lenore Taylor (1981), will join us as a guest speaker at our virtual Grammar Women: Leaders and Game Changers event on Tuesday 9 November.
Lenore is the Editor of The Guardian Australia, a position she has held since 2016. She is a two-time Walkley Award winner and has twice won the Paul Lyneham award for excellence in press gallery journalism.
Lenore will join BGGS alumna, and fellow journalist, Ms Ali Rae (2005), in conversation with Principal, Ms Jacinda Euler, about why truth, facts and robust journalism is more important than ever before. Lenore will also give insight into building trust and managing COVID fatigue in the newsroom and share her advice for students hoping to pursue a career in journalism.
