2022 Booklist update

We are pleased to advise that the 2022 textbook list will be available next week. All parents will receive communication on how to order their daughters’ books and stationery for next year.

Mask-wearing requirement update

The Queensland Government has confirmed that mask-wearing restrictions in South East Queensland will ease, effective immediately.

Masks no longer need to be worn indoors, and students and teachers are no longer required to wear face masks at the School.

Health authorities strongly encourage anyone accessing public transport or rideshare arrangements to continue to wear masks, in addition to wearing one anywhere you cannot physically distance.

For more information, visit the Queensland Health website.

Speech Day

On Thursday 18 November at 1.30 pm, the School will be holding its Annual Speech Day and Distribution of Prizes.

On Speech Day, there are no scheduled lessons and the School requests all students make their own way to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre at South Bank at the following times:

Students are expected to be well-groomed and to exhibit exemplary behaviour. Only permitted jewellery and correct badges are to be worn, together with blue ribbons, stockings, and well-polished shoes. Girls should also wear hats. No school bags should be taken to the ceremony. Students are requested to avoid wandering around the city, Queen Street Mall or South Bank prior to going to the Convention Centre.
