Brisbane Girls Grammar School will hold Semester 1 Parent-Teacher Interviews from Week 6 through to Week 8. Due to the current social distancing protocols, these will occur via phone. Bookings are available between 7 am and 6.30 pm during these weeks, dependent on staff availability around classes and other School commitments. It is likely that your appointments will need to be spread across several days if you wish to speak to all your daughter’s teachers.
These interviews are for parents of students in Years 7 to 10, and any Year 11 and 12 parents who were unable to attend the Year 11 and 12 Parent Teacher Night in Term 1.
Staff will contact parents at their designated time by phoning the mobile numbers held by the School. If you wish to be contacted on an alternative number, please add this to the notes when making your booking.
Bookings are now open on Parent Lounge, where a booking instruction guide is available if required (you will be prompted to login to view this guide). Due to the number of interviews taking place, appointments are restricted to five minutes. Parents who require longer than the allocated five minutes are welcome to arrange follow-up conversations with teachers, as necessary.
