2020 Prossima Program

Congratulations to the 12 students who were recently selected by a panel of Queensland Symphony Orchestra (QSO) players to participate in the School’s Prossima Program. The girls participated in their first workshop with QSO musicians on Monday 2 March. This year, 20 choristers will also perform alongside the Orchestra, as part of a special Prossima Choir.

Established in 2018, the unique Education Partnership with Queensland Symphony Orchestra, provides students with the opportunity to be mentored by, and perform with, some of Australia’s finest musicians. The School is delighted that this special partnership will continue in 2020.

The program will culminate in a performance of Cinematic at QPAC on Saturday 9 May.
