Music Update

The 2019 Academic School year has started with a flourish of activity in the Music Department with three performances in Week 2.

By now, all girls who wish to be involved in Co-curricular Music should know their allocated ensemble and have negotiated their rehearsals and lessons times. The Beginner Band and Orchestra programs will begin in Week 3.

Please note, there are a number of outstanding Music Enrolment Forms from continuing students. If you are yet to complete the form for your daughter, please do so at your earliest convenience. It is not too late for students to sign up for music activities. Students experiencing timetable clashes with their lessons and rehearsals are encouraged to contact the Music Department.

Girls Grammar extends a warm welcome to Director of Instrumental Music, Mrs Emma Dron, and Choral Director and Teacher of Voice, Mrs Wendy Rolls.
